At times it can feel frustrating when hitting a problem or having a question. This can be during the setup stage, while getting stuck with the task at hand or sometimes the results don’t feel right.

  • Setting up the vision system for the first time.
    This includes configuring the camera, software, testing the hardware setup and making sure all parameters are optimised and all components are configured correctly and are tested.
  • Debugging software and hardware problems.
    Checking why the software doesn’t return the desired results. There are a lot of possibilities such as missing images, missed trigger signals, checking processing speeds, varying lightning conditions, late communication between systems.
  • Talking to your supplier on your behalf and taking the burden of testing away from your resources.

    Testing a specific problem can be time-consuming and might require a chain of emails until the problem is resolved. Additionally a review of the existing system will be provided to check if there is something else which prevents the system from working.
